How to Book Using a Prepaid Subscription or Package
To ensure a seamless booking experience with your prepaid plan, follow the steps below:

2. Verify Your Active Plan
Once logged in, click on your profile icon (your initials) in the top right corner.
From the dropdown menu, select “My Subscriptions.”
Here, you can confirm that your package or subscription is active and available for use.

3. Navigate to Booking
From the main navigation menu, click “Book Online.”

4. Select Your Service
Locate the 60-Minute Zoom Session and click “Reserve.”
​
5. Choose Your Preferred Time
Browse the available calendar and select a date and time that works best for you.
Click “Next” to proceed.
6. Complete the Booking Questionnaire
Fill out the required intake form. This ensures your session is personalized and aligned with your needs.
7. Finalize Your Booking (Critical Step)
At checkout, you will see multiple payment options.
To apply your prepaid subscription or package:

Select “Pay Now”

Do not select any package or pricing option shown on this screen (this can trigger an unnecessary charge)
Once “Pay Now” is selected, a “Reserve” button will appear in the top right corner.
8. Confirm Your Reservation
Click “Reserve” to complete your booking.
Your session will now be successfully scheduled using your prepaid plan—no additional payment required.
