18. Virtual Sessions

All services provided under this agreement are conducted remotely via email, Zoom, or Google Meet and are considered fully rendered upon completion of the scheduled meeting. No tangible goods are exchanged, and once a service is completed, refunds are not available. For cancellations or rescheduling, please email me directly at kc@thelimitlessinsights.com. Requests must be made with reasonable advance notice. Please be aware that any cancellations or requests to reschedule made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service time will be subject to the full charge, as refunds cannot be issued for late cancellations not followed by a rescheduling request. I reserve the right to refuse service to clients who habitually cancel or reschedule appointments without sufficient notice.

 

19. Termination

I reserve the right in my sole discretion to refuse or terminate your access to the Website and its Content at any time without notice. The restrictions imposed on you in these T&C will still apply now and in the future, even after termination by you or me.
